We’re launching a brand-new role within our dynamic Property Revenue Team at YMCA Dulverton Group — and we’re looking for a passionate, proactive individual to lead the way.
As Tenancy Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality housing management across a diverse portfolio of properties. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring our accommodation remains safe, sustainable, and supportive for those who need it most.
The Property Revenue Team is responsible for the oversight and administration of property-related income — including rent, service charges, damage recharges, and debt management. Your work will directly support the financial health of our housing services while helping young people and vulnerable individuals maintain stable accommodation.
This role will be covering various sites across the county of Somerset, a driving licence and access to own vehicle is required.
Whilst there are systems in place to support you, a substantial part of the role includes the ability to lone work. Therefore, we require someone competent and confident when working alone and somebody who is able to understand and work with complex and challenging behaviours, appropriately.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all our children and young people. We follow a safer recruitment process, all appointments are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and are required to provide two suitable references.
