What we are looking for in you

We are looking for someone who will be able to support and care for a child in our Pre-School Room, to regulate emotions often due to transitional times of the day, changes to routine, sensory factors and social communication misunderstandings. This role will help them to develop and progress in a nursery setting. The right person will be able to recognise the specific needs of the child being supported, and intervene in situations where there is an emotional or physical response, and work with and co-ordinate partnerships with other agencies involved with the child to ensure everyone is working towards the same targets and goals.

The right candidate will hold a level 2 qualification in Early Years or above and have previous experience of working within an Early Years setting-ideally with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. If you're ready to make a real positive impact, we look forward to receiving your application.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all our children and young people. We follow a safer recruitment process, all appointments are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and are required to provide two suitable references.
