Accommodation and Support Enabler

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Team in Highbridge. You will be passionate about providing high quality Housing and Support to individuals and families and you will be keenly interested in those we work with and support, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

This role involves working within our Temporary Accommodation provision, which accommodates individuals and families who are experiencing Homelessness. Within these Housing settings, you will work collaboratively amongst our Team of Accommodation and Support Enablers to build professional, positive and trusting relationships with customers, the Local Authority Housing Team and other supportive services.

We believe that creating professional, positive and trusting relationships are key to working with every individual and family, in order to provide the right environment where they feel supported and achieve goals which matter to them. Often the individuals and families we work with and support are facing one of the most challenging period of their lives, and we are therefore seeing an individual who has the right values and approach to create a warm and supportive setting. Whilst there are systems in place to support you, a substantial part of the role includes the ability to lone work. Therefore, we require someone competent and confident when working alone and somebody who is able to understand and work with complex and challenging behaviours, appropriately.
