Deputy Head of Young Peoples' Services

We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality services for young people, to be a key part of our senior management team leading our Young Peoples' Services across YMCA Dulverton Group. You will require a strong ability to listen, respond to feedback, and demonstrate true commitment to continuous learning and development.

A key part of this role is fostering a positive and supportive culture within staff teams, ensuring that everyone feels valued, motivated, and empowered to provide the best possible service to young people. You will have a good understanding of Ofsted requirements and be able to guide and support teams in meeting and exceeding regulatory standards.

As a leader, you will play a crucial role in developing staff, helping them to reach their full potential in order to deliver the highest standards of services for young people. Your ability to inspire, mentor, and create an environment of excellence will be essential to success.
