What we are looking for in you

The HR Business Administrator is a new role which will support with all HR admin within processes to support the day-to-day functioning of the HR department. This role will work to support both the business goals and objectives, as well as the employees, ensuring a positive organisational culture and supporting retention.
 
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Human Resources environment and will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee training records and personnel files, delivering exceptional HR administration across the organisation.
