The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring consistently high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and compliance across all services. This is a hands-on operational role focused on maintaining brand standards, managing stock and supplies, and coordinating kitchen activities to deliver excellent food quality and service. You'll work closely with the Hospitality Manager and Catering Manager to ensure smooth kitchen operations, particularly supporting conferencing catering requirements. We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining excellent operational standards rather than someone with traditional chef qualifications. This is an ideal role for someone who excels at multitasking, loves keeping things running smoothly, and takes pride in maintaining immaculate standards.
