What we are looking for in you

We have a new opportunity within our dynamic Property Revenue Team at YMCA Dulverton Group — and we’re looking for a passionate, proactive individual to lead the way.

As Property Revenue Officer, your work will directly support the financial health of our housing services while helping young people and vulnerable individuals maintain stable accommodation.

This role will be covering various sites across the county of Somerset, a driving licence and access to own vehicle is required.
Whilst there are systems in place to support you, a substantial part of the role includes the ability to lone work. Therefore, we require someone competent and confident when working alone and somebody who is able to understand and work with complex and challenging behaviours, appropriately.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all our children and young people. We follow a safer recruitment process, all appointments are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and are required to provide two suitable references.

We reserve the right to interview candidates as applications are received and close applications should a suitable candidate be found.
