YMCA Dulverton Group are seeking a vibrant individual to join the Young People's Housing Team in Mid Devon, as an Accommodation and Support Manager. We're in search of a dedicated person to take the lead of the Mid Devon Housing Team, providing guidance, support, and motivating the team to deliver high quality Housing and Support for up to 18 young individuals aged between 18 and 25.
The individual in this role will assume primary responsibility for overseeing the Mid Devon service. This includes leading a small team, maintaining high service quality, handling data and reports, direct engagement with residents, and upholding meticulous record-keeping standards.
Taking an asset-based approach to actively encourage positive progression for all of the individuals we work alongside, you will create professional, positive and trusting relationships to provide a supportive environment to encourage moving on to greater independence.

Whilst there are systems in place to support you, a substantial part of the role includes the ability to lone work. Therefore, we require someone competent and confident when working alone and somebody who is able to understand and work with complex and challenging behaviours, appropriately.
