Young Persons Engagement Lead

We are looking for enthusiastic, honest and hardworking person to join our team in Burnham On Sea. Building professional, positive and trusting relationships with clients, landlords and other relevant services, this role involves modelling, teaching and encouraging positive behaviours to clients to ensure that their independent accommodation is managed effectively whilst fostering a sustainable, long-term positive outcome.

Creating professional, positive and trusting relationships are key to working with every young person, in order to provide a supportive environment where they can make steps to move on to greater independence and achieve goals that matter to them.
